Main Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management or operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is required
