Main Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, hardware, software, and networks
• Ensure smooth operation with minimal downtime; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
• Provide technical support, respond to queries promptly, and handle complex issues
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and surveillance systems
• Manage network infrastructure and implement security measures
• Manage backups, data recovery, storage, and IT asset records
• Coordinate with vendors and manage IT-related projects
• Assist with design tasks using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Recommend system improvements and stay updated with new technologies
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT related role including supervisory duties
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware and software, with practical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in server management, network devices, IT security, data backup, and internet access control
• Hands-on experience in website administration as well as CCTV system operations and data protection
• Strong leadership, project management with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English
