Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and content, to ensure cohesive branding and effective campaign execution.
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, as well as events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Create and oversee marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategy development.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports and data-driven recommendations to optimize results and improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective initiatives.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's website and social media platforms.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven management experience (3-5 years) in marketing, branding, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media advertising.
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design, with experience collaborating with content and design teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Outstanding Leadership and Budget management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
